The free version of The Red Tomorrow displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising platform operated by Google LLC. AdMob operates independently of us and may collect certain data from your device for the purposes of serving and measuring ads.
Consent & personalisation (EU/EEA users): In regions covered by the GDPR or similar laws, AdMob may present a consent dialog before serving personalised advertisements. If you decline consent, you will still see ads but they will not be tailored to your interests. Your consent preference can be updated at any time within the app settings.

The game offers a single optional purchase to permanently remove all advertisements. This transaction is processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card details or billing information. All payment data is subject to Google Payments' Privacy Notice.

Your game progress, story choices, and application settings are saved locally on your device using standard file storage provided by the Android operating system. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. If you uninstall the application, this data is permanently deleted from your device.

The game operates entirely offline, with the sole exception of loading and displaying advertisements (if you have not purchased the ad-free version). No gameplay data, story progress, or user behaviour is transmitted over the internet at any time.

The Red Tomorrow is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. The game contains mature content including graphic violence, sexual scenes, and vulgar language. It is not suitable for minors under any circumstances.
By installing and playing this game you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). Since we do not collect or store personal data on our own systems, there is no retention period to define on our end. Local game data (save files and settings) remains on your device until you uninstall the application or manually clear app data. Data collected by Google AdMob and Google Play is retained in accordance with Google's own retention policies.

When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will endeavour to provide notice within the app or on our website.
